- In North End behind the Community College. Has 109 town houses of 2, 3, and 4 bedrooms. Describes most tenants as "middle income" families, but some lower income. Founded in the early 1980s. Board of Directors voted by the membership meets "at least once a month".
- Glenn Abbey Co-operative
- Has a heritage building with 14 apartments downtown at 31 Church Street, and 20 or so apartments dispersed through 10 duplexes. Has been a member of the Co-operative Housing Federation of Canada (CHF Canada) since the late 1980s or early 1990s. As of this writing (Feb. 2017) Glenn Abbey Co-operative is full and has a waiting list. Website.

- Maple Grove Cooperative l'Érablière, commonly known as "Maple Grove", is New Brunswick's second-largest housing cooperative with 138 units. It has 24 bachelor apartments, 13 one-bedroom apartments, 15 two-bedroom apartments and 86 three-bedroom townhouses. Maple Grove has been in operation since 1980; the total population of the cooperative is approximately 268 individuals.
