Want to find out what an apartment, a room for rent, a house, or some other other property is like before you rent it, or before you take time to go see it? Think the landlord might not tell you the whole story? We have descriptions of many residential properties in New Brunswick (actually we don't, but we hope to in the future) based on tenants' reports.
If you would like to give a description of a residential property which you are familiar with, please do. You might well be doing a big favour to some future tenant or prospective tenant. Reporting the good things about a property is useful, as well as reporting the bad things. Try to give somebody who might rent that property a realistic idea of what it is like.
